What's included in the free initial audit?
A quick outside-in check of your website and ads. No logins or account access needed:
- Tracking check: which tags are installed on your site (Google Tag Manager, GA4, Google Ads conversion tags and others), whether calls, forms and sales are actually being tracked, whether call tracking is in place, and whether your forms, click-to-call links and other key parts of the site work.
- Ads check (if you're running ads): which ads are live right now, what they say and where they send people.
You get a short written summary of what I found and what I'd fix first, plus a fixed-price quote if you'd like help fixing it. No obligation, and the findings are yours to keep either way.
Anything that needs a look inside your accounts, like campaign settings, wasted spend or how conversions are set up, is the paid Deep-Dive Audit. I'll always tell you up front which one you're getting.
How much do your services cost?
Starting prices: Deep-Dive Audit from $500, Measurement Setup from $700, or both as a combo for $1,000. Monthly Google Ads management starts at $900 a month, with Microsoft Ads available as an add-on from $250 a month and ChatGPT Ads as an add-on from $350 a month. Either one can also run on its own. Your exact fixed quote follows the free initial audit.
Management includes tracking setup, campaign build and ad copy, with no separate setup fee. If you start monthly management within 30 days of a paid Deep-Dive Audit, the $500 audit fee is credited toward your first month. No hidden fees, and your ad spend is always paid directly to the ad platform: Google, Microsoft or OpenAI.
How much should I spend on ads?
It depends on your market and how much a customer is worth to you. For most local service businesses, around $1,500–2,000 a month in ad spend is where results become reliably measurable. We'll set a realistic number together.
How soon will I see results?
Tracking fixes show up right away in your data. Campaign performance usually takes 4–8 weeks to settle as Google learns from the conversions we're now measuring correctly.
How do you use AI?
AI helps me analyze data faster, test more ad variations and automate routine reporting. Strategy and every change to your account are decided and reviewed by me.
I also stay on top of the AI features Google keeps adding to Google Ads, such as AI Max for Search, Performance Max and Smart Bidding, and of new AI tools for marketing. Your campaigns use the latest tools that actually improve results, and skip the ones that are just hype.
Do you also manage Microsoft Ads (Bing)?
Yes. Microsoft Ads shows your ads on Bing, Yahoo, DuckDuckGo and Microsoft Copilot, often at a lower cost per click than Google. I set up tracking from scratch with the UET tag, including calls, forms, button clicks and purchases, then build campaigns adjusted for Bing's audience rather than a blind copy of your Google Ads.
Many businesses add it once Google Ads is running well. It's a simple way to reach more customers with the same tracking and reporting.
Do you run ChatGPT Ads?
Yes. ChatGPT Ads is OpenAI's new ad platform. Ads appear below relevant ChatGPT answers, clearly labeled as sponsored, and are matched to what the person is asking about. I handle everything from scratch: creating the account in your name, setting up conversion tracking with OpenAI's pixel and Conversions API, writing the ads, launching campaigns and optimizing them every week.
It's available as an add-on to Google Ads or Microsoft Ads management from $350 a month, or on its own with a fixed quote after the free initial audit.
Do you work with businesses outside Massachusetts?
Yes. I'm based in Attleboro, between Boston and Providence, and work with businesses in North Attleborough, Mansfield, Foxborough, Norton, Plainville, Wrentham, Seekonk, Rehoboth and Taunton, and across the line in Providence, Pawtucket, Cumberland and East Providence, RI. I also manage accounts for businesses across New England and the rest of the US. Everything is done remotely, and calls are scheduled at times that suit you.
Can you take over an account another agency set up?
Yes. I start with an audit, keep what works, fix the tracking and restructure the rest step by step, so performance doesn't drop during the handover.
