Who I am
This website is operated by MK Digital Performance, a Google Ads and conversion tracking consultancy based in Attleboro, Massachusetts, USA. If you have any questions about this policy or your data, email [email protected].
Information you give me
When you submit the contact form, I receive the details you enter: your name, business name, email, and optionally your phone number, website or Google Business Profile link, the service you need, your approximate ad budget and your message.
The form is processed by Formspree, which delivers your submission to my email inbox. I use this information only to reply to your request, prepare your free initial audit and quote, and communicate with you about working together.
Information collected automatically
- Analytics (only with your consent). If you click "Accept" in the cookie banner, I use Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how visitors find and use this site: pages viewed, approximate location (city level), device and browser type, and how you arrived (for example a search, an email link or a campaign link). Google Analytics sets cookies such as _ga to do this.
- Without consent. If you decline, or have not chosen yet, analytics and advertising cookies are not set. Under Google Consent Mode, Google may receive limited, cookieless signals (for example that a page was viewed) without identifiers stored on your device.
- Hosting and security. This site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies.
- Fonts. This site's fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address to deliver the font files. No cookies are set for this.
What I don't do
- I don't sell your personal information.
- I don't share your information with third parties for their own marketing.
- I don't use your form details for advertising targeting.
Your choices
- Change your cookie choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page.
- Privacy signals. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, analytics stays off and you won't be asked.
- Opt out of Google Analytics on all websites with Google's opt-out browser add-on.
- Access or deletion. Email me to request a copy of the information I hold about you, or to have it deleted.
How long I keep your information
Form submissions are kept for as long as needed to respond to you and, if we work together, for the length of our business relationship and any record-keeping I'm required to do. Google Analytics data is retained according to the retention settings of my Analytics account.
Service providers
I rely on a few trusted providers to run this site: Cloudflare (hosting and security), Formspree (form processing), Google Workspace (email), Google Fonts (typography) and Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager (analytics, with consent). Each processes data under its own privacy policy.
Children
This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. I don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If I update this policy, I'll change the date at the top of this page.
