Google Ads managementfor businesses in Massachusetts, Rhode Island and nationwide

I manage Google Ads for local service businesses, local stores and online stores in Massachusetts, Rhode Island and across the US. Every call, form and sale is tracked before I scale your budget, so you see which ads bring in customers. Management starts at $900 a month, with no setup fee.

The short answer

What Google Ads management includes

Google Ads management means someone plans, builds and runs your campaigns every week, so your budget goes to searches that turn into customers. With me, that starts with tracking: calls, forms, bookings and sales are counted correctly before any money is scaled.

After that I build or rebuild the campaigns, write the ads, cut wasted spend from bad search terms and adjust bids and budgets based on real leads. Once a month you get a plain-English review of leads, cost per lead and what I am changing next.

Everything your account needs, done by one person

No junior account managers and no handoffs. The person you talk to is the person working in your account.

Conversion tracking first

Calls, forms, bookings and purchases tracked in Google Ads and GA4 through Tag Manager, with call tracking by source. Consent Mode v2 set up correctly.

Campaign build or rebuild

Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Demand Gen, YouTube and Local Services Ads, picked for your goals instead of whatever Google suggests by default.

Keywords and search terms

Keyword research, weekly search-term reviews and negative keyword lists, so you stop paying for searches that never become customers.

Ad copy and assets

Ads written for how your customers search, with sitelinks, call assets, images and location assets, tested and refreshed over time.

Weekly optimization

Bids, budgets, audiences, locations and schedules adjusted every week, based on leads and sales instead of clicks.

Clear monthly reporting

A live Looker Studio dashboard and a monthly review of leads, cost per lead and return, explained without jargon.

Most accounts don't fail on ads. They fail on data.

Google's bidding learns from the conversions you report. If calls from the website aren't counted, if a form fires twice, or if the tag is missing from half the site, Google optimizes toward the wrong people. Your cost per lead rises and nobody can explain why.

That is why every management engagement starts with a tracking check, and a rebuild where needed:

  • Calls: calls from ads and from the website, with a dedicated tracking number so you know which calls came from Google.
  • Forms and bookings: counted once, only on real submissions.
  • Sales: online purchases with order value, and offline sales imported where your CRM allows it.
  • Store visits and directions for local stores, where Google can measure them.

If tracking is the main problem, you can also start with a one-time Measurement Setup and run the ads yourself.

How much Google Ads management costs

Google Ads management starts at $900 a month. Your exact fixed price follows the free initial audit and depends on the number of campaigns, locations and platforms. How Google Ads management pricing works.

Ad spend is separate and paid directly to Google from your own card. I never mark up or handle your ad budget. For most local service businesses, $1,500–2,000 a month in ad spend is where results become reliably measurable.

Who this works best for

I work best with owners who want to know exactly what their ad budget brings in.

A good fit

  • Local service businesses: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, cleaning, auto repair and similar trades
  • Local stores that want more people through the door
  • Online stores using Shopping and Performance Max
  • Owners who want to see cost per lead and know which ads work
  • Accounts handed over from an agency that never explained the numbers

Not sure it fits your business?

Every project starts with a free initial audit. I look at your website, tracking and market, and tell you plainly what Google Ads can do for you and what budget makes sense, before you commit to anything.

Fixed the tracking. The store got busier.

A hardware store was paying for Google Ads without knowing whether the ads brought anyone through the door. I rebuilt conversion tracking from 1 action to 9, added call tracking and optimized the account and campaigns.

How much does Google Ads management cost?

My Google Ads management starts at $900 a month, with no setup fee: tracking setup, campaign build and ad copy are included. The first three months are a fixed start, then it runs month to month. Ad spend is separate and is paid directly to Google.

How much should a small business spend on Google Ads?

It depends on your market and on what a customer is worth to you. For most local service businesses, around $1,500–2,000 a month in ad spend is where results become reliably measurable. Online stores usually need enough budget for Shopping and Performance Max to collect sales data. We set a realistic number together after the free initial audit.

How long until Google Ads shows results?

Tracking fixes show up in your data right away. Campaign performance usually takes 4–8 weeks to settle while Google learns from the conversions that are now measured correctly. After that, the work is steady weekly improvement.

Do I keep my Google Ads account if we stop working together?

Yes. The Google Ads account, Analytics, Tag Manager and call tracking are created in your name, or stay in your name if you already have them. If we part ways, you keep everything, including the full history.

Should I hire a Google Ads specialist or a PPC agency?

Both can work. With me, you work directly with the Google Ads specialist who builds and runs your account. No account manager passing messages along. I keep a small number of clients, so every account gets weekly attention. An agency can make sense if you also need design, SEO or social media from one provider.

Can you take over an account another agency set up?

Yes. I start with an audit, keep what works, fix the tracking and restructure the rest step by step, so performance doesn't drop during the handover.

Do you work with businesses outside Massachusetts?

Yes. I'm based in Attleboro, between Boston and Providence, and work with businesses across Massachusetts and Rhode Island, the rest of New England and the US. Everything is done remotely, and calls are scheduled at times that suit you.
